Shipping policy

Custom Items/Tumblers - typically we try to ship our tumblers out within 14 days. There are times that it may take a little longer depending on the orders we have pending. It may also take a little longer depending on the order size.

Ready to ship Items/Tumblers -will be shipped out within 3 business days. 

Please know that there are times where issues occur within the post office. I do not believes that once your package leaves our hands, it is no longer our problem. If your missing, or damaged, we will work with you every step of the way to resolve the issue.
